For large objects such as cars, car frames, boat trailers, industrial equipment, etc. we have two indoor, enclosed blasting rooms measuring 25 feet long 12 feet tall and 12 feet wide. Our Blast Rooms which, with the attached Dust Collection System, provides fast and efficient blasting capabilities. With the purpose built dust collection equipment we are able to ventilate the blast rooms and capture the emissions by the use of a cartridge type down-flow dust collector with pulse air blow-down for easy cleaning.
Our Large Blast Rooms are equiped with three pressurized vessels. Two vessels are dedicated to harsh media (various types of media used) and one vessel is dedicated to Plastic Media which is used primarily for blasting sheet metal such as cars, fenders, hoods, doors, deck lids and other thin metal objects where no heat generation is desired. |

For smaller parts we have a new A-BEC Model PBC-4848 pressure blast cabinet. This cabinet has a working area of four feet by four feet by four feet which provides the ability to blast small as well as fairly large objects. Our A-BEC cabinet has the following features: ASME pressure vessel that is powerful with a high velocity blast stream for tough jobs; Moisture Separator to trap water and oil in the system; Two side doors with safety interlocks.
This cabinet offers speed, force and precise control of pressure blasting for maximum job productivity. A full variety of media can be used in the cabinet, such as garnet, aluminum oxide, steel grit, steel shot and plastic media.
Pressure blast cabinets deliver blast media at higher velocities and as a result most jobs are done at up to four times the speed of conventional suction blasting systems.
This translates to faster turnaround and lower cost for your blasting requirements.
With our multiple services we can sandblast your parts, pre-clean them and powder coat or ceramic coat as desired. All services are available at competitive prices at "PCMC". |
