1964 Chevrolet Impala SS Restoration Project
Start Date of Project:  April 20, 2006
We recently (April 2006)  accquired this 2 owner 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS as a shop restoration project.  It is an all numbers matching 327cid, 250 hp car with factory AC, power steering and two speed automatic transmission.  The car has 97,400 original miles.  The car is also an original bucket seat & center floor shift console model.

Our project will include the following:
Frame Off restoration
Replace front floor and trunk pan
New blue interior, as original
Rebuild enging for more HP
Sandblast and Powder Coat frame, control arms, rear end and all other parts as applicable
Ceramic Coat Exhaust Manifolds and new exhaust Pipe
Daytona Blue exterior paint which is the original color
CRYO-REM (R) ring and pinion, cam, crank rods, rocker arms, push rods, etc.
Front Disc Brake Conversion - New Brake Lines, Master Cylinder and Fuel Line

Here we have removed the body from the frame.  As of 5-24-06 we have the car completely dissambled.  The frame is now bare and will be going to sandblasting and powder coating at our shop in the next week.
