1964 Impala SS Restoration Project Pictures
First Batch of Powder Coated Parts
The frame has been sandblasted and powder coated
Here the frame has been reassembled.  We installed new coil springs, shock absorbers, all new bushings, bearings etc. and a new PM Brakes front disc brake conversion kit.  In addition we rebuilt the original 8.2 inch rear end.  New wheels and tires will be added once the body is completed and reinstalled on the frame.

At this point the body has received the preleminary media blasting.  It is ready to go to the sheet metal shop for a new front and rear floor pan, new tail pan, new trunk pan and several rust repairs.  Once it comes back following the sheet metal work it will be media blasted again and the first primer coat will be applied.
